Rather than ‘switching to’ Qatalog, you just need to get started — and it takes only a few steps.

  1. Create your Qatalog organization and invite your coworkers, which takes only two minutes.

  2. Integrate your productivity tools with just a few clicks.

  3. Encourage your team leads to have everyone create their own personal profiles, and connect their tools, so you’ll have a complete and transparent directory of every person in the organization — and access to all the resources from the connected tools.

  4. Each team member can then create their own projects on Qatalog, so they can track tasks from various project management tools, and link their resources from Dropbox, Figma, Google Drive, and others, in neat project boards.

For the moment, you can’t import your people, teams, and projects directly into Qatalog. However, each step will take only a few minutes for every person that’s on Qatalog.

In less than a week's time, you can have the work of all your teams, from various tools, tightly linked together. So everyone can get visibility on everyone else’s work.

Don’t worry — you (or your coworkers) won’t be able to find or access files that are stored in personal folders or Slack channels.
