When you visit the resources tab of a personal or team profile, you’ll see a list of external resources used by that person or team.
For example, when you create an important file on Google Docs or Google Slides, you can post it on your profile or team profile, so it’s visible and available to everyone.
When you click on any resource, you’ll be redirected to a new browser tab pointing you to the right file (e.g. the right Google Drive file, or the specific Figma board).
You’ll only be able to see resources that you have access to. View and edit permissions for each project or team resource are managed in the individual integration (e.g. Slack, Confluence, Box, etc.).
If you don’t have access to those resources, you’ll be able to see them, but you’ll need to request access in order to view, comment on, or edit them.
If you have the right permissions, you can create a resource directly from the resource tab in your team or personal profile.
Resources in people and teams are searchable through search.
